End User License Agreement

ByteBox Media Ltd End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, copying, or otherwise using this software, the user agrees to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

2. License Grant
ByteBox Media Ltd grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software according to the terms in this EULA.

3. Use Restrictions
The user shall not modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the software.
The software shall not be used for any unlawful purpose.

4. No Warranties
ByteBox Media Ltd provides the software “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ByteBox Media Ltd be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of business profits, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this software.

8. Data Encryption and Storage
The user is solely responsible for the security and backup of their data.
ByteBox Media Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage to user data, including data loss due to forgotten encryption keys or data interception.

9. Secure Password Storage
ByteBox Media Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the unauthorized access to or use of the stored passwords. Vaults are not backed up automatically.

10. Termination of License
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate immediately without notice from ByteBox Media Ltd if the user fails to comply with any provision of this EULA.

11. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

12. Acknowledgement
By using the software, the user acknowledges that they have read this EULA, understood it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
